"Referral was super quick"
The referral went through really fast and the whole thing was easy. No hassle at all.

"Surprisingly easy telehealth visit"
I had a quick video visit with Intermountain it went smoother than I expected. The doctor showed up on time, actually listened to what I was saying, and sent my prescription right after. It was so much easier than driving in, which kind of makes you wonder why some places still make simple appointments feel like such a hassle

"Parking was easy, mostly"
Parking was super easy and the signs made it simple to find where I needed to go. I got there fast, which was nice. Not exactly a thrilling experience or anything, but hey, it worked

"Long wait, but the care was fine"
I waited a lot longer than I would’ve liked, which was... totally fine, I guess. The staff was nice enough once I was finally seen, so overall it wasn’t terrible, just not the smoothest experience.

"Pretty fair option for prescription refills"
I used it for prescription refills and overall it worked well. There was one small delay, which was a little inconvenient, but to be fair, the refill still went through and everything was handled fine in the end.

"Cleaner Than I Expected"
I wasn’t expecting much when I went in, but the place was really clean. The whole facility looked well taken care of, and even the bathrooms were kept up, which I always pay attention to. It made the visit feel a lot more comfortable than I thought it would

I had some lab work done and, uh, my results showed up in the portal faster than I thought they would. The doctor’s message was really clear and easy to understand, so I didn’t have to sit there trying to figure out what anything meant. I really appreciated that.

"Quick urgent care visit went well"
I had to stop by urgent care and it went better than I expected. The staff got me checked in really fast and were super helpful. I was in and out quicker then I thought I’d be.

"Pretty easy portal to use"
I use the Intermountain portal mostly to check my lab results and send messages to my doctor. It loads fast, i can usually find my appointments without clicking around forever. It’s just nice to have, especially on days when I really don’t feel like making a phone call.

"Prices were easy to check"
I was actually surprised by how simple it was to find pricing on Intermountain Healthcare. I could get a rough estimate before calling anyone, which took away a lot of the stress around what the bill might be. I’m sure the numbers aren’t 100% exact every time, but even having a ballpark amount upfront helped a ton. About as smooth as I could’ve hoped for, so I’d give it 5 stars...

"Care team actually had their stuff together"
The whole care team was way more organized than I expected. My doctors and the scheduling people seemed to actually talk to each other for once, which shouldn’t feel like a miracle, but here we are. Referrals, test results, and follow-ups were all easy to keep track of, without the usual paperwork nonsense turning into a total clown show. It made a really stressful week a lot less chaotic for me.

"I don’t have much patience for..."
I don’t have much patience for dealing with insurance stuff, so I was relieved they handled it without making it a whole ordeal. It was quick, easy, and I didn’t have to chase anyone around.

"Care was fine, but the follow-up felt a little slow"
Overall, the care I received was perfectly fine and I didn’t have any major issues with the actual service. Everyone I dealt with seemed nice enough, and I felt like things were handled reasonably well while I was there. The only part that kind of stood out to me was the follow-up afterward. I was expecting the calls to come a bit sooner, but they ended up taking longer than I thought they would. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but it did make the experience feel just okay rather than really smooth from start to finish.

"Felt a bit rushed and unsure what to do next"
My experience was kind of mixed. Some of the doctors were nice enough, but overall it felt like they were in a hurry and didn’t have much time to really talk things through. I also left feeling unclear about what the next steps were supposed to be, which was frustrating. I would’ve appreciated a little more explanation and guidance before leaving.

"Quickly fixed a billing issue for me"
I had a billing issue and, to be honest, I was expecting it to turn into a whole drawn-out process. Intermountain got back to me quickly, explained what had happened, and corrected the charge without making it complicated. I really appreciate when companies handle things clearly and respectfully, that’s kind of my standard, and they met it.

"Billing was accurate, just slower than I’m used to"
My bill ended up being mostly correct, but it took longer than I expected to update after my insurance paid. I’ve had other places adjust things a bit faster, so I did end up calling once just to make sure everything was moving along. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little frustrating.

"Good ER visit when I was really worried"
I ended up going to the ER late at night and was anxious when I got there. Check-in was smoother than I expected, and even though the place seemed really busy, the nurse still came by to check on me, which helped a lot.

The doctor explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. I did have to wait a while, but that’s kind of expected in an emergency room. The only thing I noticed was that some of the confusion around timing felt preventable, but overall everyone was kind and I left feeling like I was in good hands.
